We have an exciting opportunity for a Staff Recruiter to join our Product Management recruiting team. In this role, you will partner with senior leadership across Intuit to hire top-tier product talent that directly impacts our strategy and bold product bets. You will be a deeply consultative partner and data-driven strategist in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Responsibilities
+ Own and execute end-to-end recruiting strategies for a range of Product Management roles across Intuit’s portfolio
+ Build trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders, shaping hiring decisions through market insights, data, and compelling, insight-driven storytelling
+ Understand business strategies and product priorities to anticipate future talent needs and influence hiring plans
+ Advise on role scoping, talent tradeoffs, and hiring process design
+ Develop creative and collaborative sourcing approaches and leverage advanced tools
+ Deliver an inclusive, streamlined, high-quality candidate experience from first touch through close
+ Build data-driven narratives that influence hiring leaders and guide decision-making
+ Track and interpret KPIs to identify risks, trends, and areas for improvement
+ Use internal and external benchmarks to calibrate expectations and optimize the search approach
+ Create clear end-to-end plans that identify risks, align stakeholders, and drive momentum in complex or ambiguous searches
+ Contribute to team initiatives that elevate operational rigor, quality, and scalability
+ Proactively share best practices and model excellent recruiting craft
Qualifications
+ 4+ years full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with deep experience recruiting Product Managers or equivalent product/technical roles
+ Proven ability to partner and influence at senior levels, including director and senior leadership stakeholders
+ Demonstrated success using data, insights, and competitive intelligence to shape talent strategy
+ Experience driving complex searches with speed, quality, and a highly consultative approach
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the resilience to thrive in high-performance, fast-changing environments
+ BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
