Picture Yourself at Pega:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be a key member of the Consulting Operations team, driving improvements across our selling and delivery processes. You will lead the analysis and documentation of business and system requirements, processes, and use cases, ensuring strong alignment between stakeholder needs and system capabilities.
You will play a central role in process optimization by partnering closely with IT to deliver system enhancements, reduce technical debt, and leverage automation and AI to eliminate manual work. From facilitating workshops and focus groups to defining new workflows and functional specifications, you will bring clarity and structure to complex challenges.
You will also lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), change management, and enablement efforts, ensuring smooth and effective rollouts of new features and strategic initiatives. Following implementation, you will provide ongoing support and drive continuous improvement, helping teams successfully adopt and sustain change.
In this role, you will go beyond documenting requirements. You will influence how our systems evolve, shape best practices, and help scale operational excellence across Consulting.
What You'll Do at Pega:
Collaboration & Alignment
Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure requirements are fully aligned with system capabilities and strategic priorities. Act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions.
System Improvement & UAT Leadership
Own the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, guiding stakeholders through execution and ensuring seamless adoption of new enhancements and releases. Recommend and design improvements that reduce manual effort, address technical debt, and leverage automation and AI to scale efficiency.
Change Management & Enablement
Lead change management, communications, and enablement activities to support successful rollouts of system changes and strategic initiatives. Provide post-implementation support, including training and continuous improvement.
Governance & Best Practices
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and best practices that streamline processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen alignment across Consulting.
Who You Are:
+ Possess strong analytical skills, capable of gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
+ Proficient in defining and documenting business processes, use cases, and user stories, along with managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
+ Knowledgeable about system optimization and improvement strategies.
+ Able to balance long-term strategic projects with day-to-day operational responsibilities.
+ A skilled communicator, able to convey ideas effectively to technical stakeholders as well as senior leadership, whether in person or in writing.
+ Resilient in the face of obstacles, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
What You've Accomplished:
+ 3-5 years as a business or systems analyst, with a focus on system enhancement, managing releases, and identifying areas for improvement and efficiencies.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
+ Proficiency in defining and documenting business processes, use cases, and user stories.
+ Proven ability to own projects from inception to delivery.

Additional Information
Base salary range for this role is 71,700 - 107,200 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
