JOB SUMMARY
As an Associate Demand Planner at Oshkosh Corporation, you will support the availability and data accuracy of finished goods and service parts across our NGDV aftermarket network. You’ll assist with foundational planning activities that keep parts flowing to our customers and technicians, helping drive on-time delivery and product readiness. This role is critical in maintaining accurate product data, processing MRP messages, and supporting inventory analysis across our aftermarket item branch plants.
YOUR IMPACT
_These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned:_
+ Run Product Data Management (PDM) forms and maintain accurate product records in enterprise systems like E1.
+ Clear MRP messages daily, including canceled orders and availability checks.
+ Conduct EOQ (economic order quantity) analysis and review buy messages to manage unplanned excess inventory.
+ Participate in process improvement initiatives and support cross-functional planning efforts.
+ Assist with item setup and maintenance to ensure data accuracy across item branch plants.
+ Support monthly planning meetings by preparing standard reports and inventory snapshots.
+ Manage lower-risk aftermarket service parts and finished goods to support timely availability.
+ Run Product Data Management (PDM) forms and maintain accurate product records in enterprise systems like E1.
+ Clear MRP messages daily, including canceled orders and availability checks.
+ Conduct EOQ (economic order quantity) analysis and review buy messages to manage unplanned excess inventory.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent to six (6) year’s total in education and experience); OR an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the role _._
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
+ Experience working with JDE E1 or other MRP/ERP systems.
+ Experience or coursework involving Power BI, SQL, Python, or Smartsheets.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Exposure to the aftermarket, finished goods, or service parts environments.
+ Understanding product lifecycle and inventory control concepts.
+ One (1) year of relevant experience or internship in demand planning or data analysis.
WORKING CONDITIONS

+ This role is primarily performed in a professional office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, and temperature-controlled settings.
+ Duties are largely sedentary, requiring extended periods of sitting and using a computer and telephone.
+ Visual acuity to operate a computer and read documents is required, along with auditory ability to participate in virtual and in-person meetings.
+ Occasional movement within the office environment is necessary, including walking short distances, standing, or reaching for files.

Pay Range:
$57,600.00 - $90,400.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
