    We have an outstanding career opportunity for a5-axis Programmerto join a leading Company located in theBirmingham, ALsurrounding area.

    Basic Hiring Criteria :

    + Proven 5-axis CNC programming experience in aerospace/defense, specifically with Si emens NX (UG) CAM and Heidenhain controls

    + Expertise in creating robust programs for complex flight hardware: thin-wall, orthogrid, missile bodies, impellers, and tight-tolerance 5-axis parts

    + Strong command of NX toolpath strategies (Streamline, Rest Milling, 5-axis Swarf, Variable Axis Contour)

    + Hands-on shop floor experience setting up, proving out programs, and optimizing cycle times on 5-axis mills (DMG, Hermle, Heller)

    + Proficient in GD&T, tolerancing
