    Joint Maritime Integrator

    The Opportunity:

    As an expert in defense missions, your unique background inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don't.     As a Joint Maritime Integrator , you'll bring your leadership, strategic, tactical, technical, DOTMLPF, MDMP, and JPP expertise to work alongside thought leaders in Joint integration in the maritime environment on science, analytics, and safety on projects with the US Navy, US Marine Corps, and US Coast Guard. You'll use your skills and expertise to facilitate the pre-exercise coordination and integration maritime planners and LNOs for better integration of maritime assets and capab ilities throughout the JELC into events. You'll assist with improving maritime involvement and integration using post exercise lessons learned and exercise reports from maritime elements. You'll capture and share maritime integration opportunities and challenges with Joint participants to improve Joint inter-operability and prepare for future exercises and operations.

     

    Work with us to coordinate with US Navy, US Marine Corps, and US Coast Guard on Maritime requirements and operations to support training center rotations. You'll collaborate with force management to identify and request Maritime capab ilities to support exercise objectives and training requirements. You'll facilitate interactions between a simulations center and commands, vessels, and simulations capab ilities to incorporate maritime capab ilities and activities into the exercise Joint Live, Virtual and Constructive exercise layers. You'll assist with resourcing and integration of surface and subsurface naval forces, sea lift and littoral capab ilities to support in theater Joint force training and readiness. You will capture and share maritime integration opportunities and challenges with Joint participants to improve Joint inter-operability and prepare for future exercises and operations. This activity focus es on mitigating the military training impact on civilian maritime activities and marine wildlife in accordance with Federal and State laws and regulations. You will work with the US Navy, US Coast Guard, and relevant interagency partners in the development of environmental planning and permitting documents. You'll ensure large-scale exercises maritime requirements and capab ilities are appropriately coordinated with Federal and State maritime agencies.

    You Have:

    + 5+ years of experience as a field grade officer, Senior NCO, or Warrant Officer in Joint operations

    + 5+ years of experience working in the maritime field

    + Experience with operational planning in the joint interagency environment

    + Ability to play a lead role in coordinating with department and mission partners to ensure resolution of tasks and activities

    + Secret clearance

    + Bachelor's degree

    + Completion of Level 4 qualified Professional Military Education

    Nice If You Have:

    + Experience in Joint integration

    + Experience assessing environmental impact

    + Experience in the Indo-Pacific theater

    + Knowledge of Army Multi-Domain Operations ( MDO ) and Joint all Domain Operations

    + Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Graduate of Joint Advanced Warfighting School ( JAWS )

    Clearance :

    Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required.

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
