• Workday Configuration Analyst

    Job Description

    We’re looking for a Workday Configuration Analyst to join the People Team for one of our Technology clients!

    What you’ll do:

    • Configure and maintain existing Workday modules, including but not limited to Core HCM, Talent & Performance & Recruiting

    • Design, configure, and test new Workday features, enhancements, and functional improvements based on business requirements and best practices.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) to ensure Workday processes and data align with company objectives.

    • Support end-users and troubleshoot system issues, identifying root causes and implementing timely and effective solutions.

    • Thoroughly test configurations through unit testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) across teams

    • Translate business needs into technical requirements and configure solutions that align with organizational objectives

    • Ability to document processes and construct useful demonstrations and knowledge transfers for business users

    • Troubleshoot and resolve production support configuration issues

    • Create advanced reports using complex calculated fields using Workday reporting tools

    Skills and Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems or closely related, or equivalent years of experience in a relevant field

    • 5+ years of Workday hands-on implementation, configuration & post production support experience

    • 2+ years experience implementing and managing Workday Recruiting & Compensation modules along with familiarity of Workday HCM Core, Talent & Performance Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skills

    • Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements in a fast paced environment

    • Someone who can rely on their previous experiences to plan and accomplish future goals

    • Ability to prioritize effectively and work in an independent environment

    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
