Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Control Room Coordinator to join one of our largest financial clients in Charlotte, NC. As a Control Room Coordinator, you will help coordinate multiple projects within the Enterprise Risk and Financial Technology division. This position will be an entry level Control room coordinator role – Monitor / Status overall progress against plans like testing, deployment checklists, milestones, upgrades, environment refreshes, dress rehearsals, cutover activities, checkpoint calls / notes, ad-hoc requests etc. across domestic and international ledgers and reg reporting. Flexible to work on either AM or PM shift and weekend support. This role is 3x onsite in Charlotte, NC.

Skills and Requirements
• Bachelors degree in computer science, business administration, or similar
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear and effective communications.
• Multitasking and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast pace environment and prioritizing tasks effectively
• Experience with hosting and coordinating web based meetings, status calls, communication and coordination channels to facilitate seamless coordination among multiple teams
• Excellent presentation skills and knowledge on Confluence, SharePoint, MS Office (Projects, Excel, Outlook). • Experience in a control room operations environment
• Masters Degree
• Knowledge and exposure to the entire SDLC from Requirements, Design, Development, Testing and Production Support
• Experience in Automation to improve operational efficiency by streamlining the tasks and reducing the need for manual intervention
