Job Description

Provide technical leadership across cloud, DevOps, application, and analytics initiatives within the mobility performance space.

Architect, design, and guide the development of internal platforms, dashboards, and tooling supporting mobility KPIs and event correlation.

Lead the design and implementation of REST APIs, ensuring secure, high-performing interfaces for large-scale mobility analytics.

Oversee data integration, performance optimization, and database modeling across SQL, NoSQL, and Snowflake environments.

Drive performance improvements by leading efforts in query tuning, data modeling, and troubleshooting mobility data anomalies.

Own CI/CD strategy and implementation, ensuring reliable, automated deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.

Lead the creation and maintenance of Terraform-based IaC modules and enforce cloud governance/best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional mobility engineering teams to analyze data patterns, identify root causes, and support event-based analytics.

Mentor developers and engineers, reviewing code, guiding solution design, and enforcing engineering standards.

Translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Skills and Requirements

Technical Leadership

Strong experience acting as a Technical Lead, Team Lead, or Senior Engineer driving architecture and engineering direction.

Ability to guide teams through solution design, code review, and best-practice implementation.

Cloud & DevOps

5-8 years of experience with Microsoft Azure, resource automation, cloud security baselines, and governance.

Hands-on expertise with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

Strong Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) experience creating reusable modules for cloud deployments.

API & Application Engineering

Expert in developing and securing RESTful APIs, including system integration and client-side API consumption.

Experience designing scalable internal tools, platforms, and analytics interfaces.

Data & Analytics

Strong SQL skills with experience optimizing queries for large, complex datasets.

Experience with MongoDB, Snowflake, or similar analytical data platforms.

Ability to lead data correlation efforts across mobility datasets (e.g., 911 call routing data, event logs, performance metrics). Telecom or mobility network experience

Experience with:

Generative AI integrations

Power BI dashboards

Python or scripting languages

Real-time analytics workflows

Experience in enterprise application migrations to Azure.
