Job Description
The Claims Technician, with moderate guidance, is responsible for initiating, directing, and controlling the activity in support of case management and the claims process. The Claims Technician may be called upon to assist the Claims organization with other responsibilities as requested by management. Unless otherwise indicated, all items included in the Outcome Statements are measured by Supervisor’s/Manager’s observations, quantity of work completed, external and internal feedback and Audits.
