Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) professional to partner with a local client to ensure compliance and promote a safe working environment. This role focuses on conducting audits and inspections on the manufacturing floor to identify hazards and verify adherence to OSHA standards. You will collaborate closely with client teams to implement corrective actions and strengthen safety programs. In addition, you’ll provide guidance on best practices and deliver training to reinforce a culture of safety. Your expertise will help maintain regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement in workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and off-site safety and OSHA compliance support.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments on manufacturing floors.
- Assist clients with OSHA program implementation (Hazard Communication, LOTO, Machine Guarding, Fall Protection, Confined Spaces, JSAs).
- Develop and deliver safety training programs, toolbox talks, and meetings.
- Support incident investigations and corrective action development.
- Prepare written reports, findings, and recommendations.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams.
- Support project managers and perform duties per company policies and safety regulations.

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, industrial safety, construction safety, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations for general industry and construction.
- Experience in manufacturing and/or construction safety environments.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible availability for on-call project support.
- Highly motivated and committed to producing high-quality work. - Professional certifications (CSP, CHST, ASP).
- Experience delivering safety training programs and toolbox talks.
- Familiarity with hazard assessments, job safety analyses (JSAs), and incident investigations.
