Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a blend of Product Management, Project Management, and Business Analysis experience, coupled with strong technical acumen (not a developer, but comfortable working with technology). This role will support our Restaurant Financial Technology initiatives for International markets, specifically focusing on enhancing and expanding functionality within an Operator Financial application.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Application Enhancements: Drive the development of three new modules within the application; building on existing functionality

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements.

Technical Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams (React frontend, AWS backend) to deploy new features and functionality.

Agile Leadership: Manage JIRA boards, prioritize user stories, and lead sprint ceremonies and demos (acting as Scrum Master where needed).

Testing & Documentation: Conduct front-end testing, ensure accurate documentation, and coordinate with designers and engineers for web app functionality.

Stakeholder Communication: Present updates and lead discussions with cross-functional teams and end users.

Compensation:

$50/hr to $60/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Skills and Requirements

Product Management / PM / BA experience (3–5 years)

Technical acumen (comfortable with technology; not coding)

Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence

Strong public speaking and presentation skills

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint leadership

Excellent communication and collaboration skills Restaurant industry experience, particularly from an operations perspective

Exposure to financial technology solutions
