Job Description

The Principal Project Manager will serve as the primary internal project lead, responsible for driving coordination, alignment, and execution between internal Clinical, IT, and leadership stakeholders. This role emphasizes vendor management, strategic planning, and oversight of execution rather than hands-on development. Key responsibilities include managing stakeholder engagement, translating leadership priorities into actionable plans, and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives and proof-of-concepts. The Principal Project Manager will coordinate and lead workshops, facilitate roadmap planning for both short-term and long-term objectives, and support leadership-facing deliverables. Additionally, the role requires proactive management of priorities, risks, and dependencies to maintain alignment across all parties involved.

Skills and Requirements

- 7+ years or program management experience

- Pharma/clinical background, familiar with FDA regulated environments preferred

- Strong vendor management experience, working as a liaison between stakeholders and IT vendors to manage project roadmap, updates, and deadlines

- Generative AI exposure

- SDLC experience, knowledge of technical projects and implementations

- Road mapping, project execution, executive management, change management, digital transformation

- Proven experience running presentations and high level meetings for project updates with stakeholders and executives
