    Job Description

    Design and implement IAM solutions based on Zero Trust principles, ensuring continuous verification, least privilege, and breach assumption. Manage identity lifecycle processes, deploy strong authentication, and enforce fine-grained access controls while integrating identity telemetry with security tools for real-time decisions. Oversee PAM, SASE, and federation solutions, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and automate IAM workflows for efficiency. Collaborate with security teams on incident response, drive IAM awareness initiatives, and evaluate platforms to strengthen organizational identity security.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    5+ years of experience being part of a GRC or similar team

    1+ years of experience developing automation

    Experience with IAM security tools and cloud environments (e.g., GRC, PAM, SASE, JIT/UAR, Okta, AWS)

     

    Experience with industry frameworks, regulations and standards, such as: NIST Zero Trust, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, PCI, SOX, etc. Strong experience with Okta and AWS IAM management

     

    Big 4 (KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, EY) or similar experience

     

    Bachelor's degree in a related field

     

    Relevant industry certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC, are highly desirable

     

    AWS preferred

     

    Experience testing a security control with multiple frameworks.
