• Software Engineer II (Infrastructure Platform)

    Job Description

    Insight Global is hiring a Software Engineer to support the production of the Platform Infrastructure team. This role focuses on designing and optimizing systems for large-scale cloud services, not game development. You’ll build automation tools for Kubernetes cluster management, create workflows for deployments, and develop solutions for safe upgrades without impacting live services. Ideal candidates have experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, and open-source tools, along with strong communication skills and a passion for infrastructure innovation. This is a hybrid role in a collaborative environment.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 3+ years of software engineering experience.

    • 2+ years programming in Golang.

    • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.

    • Knowledge of CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices.

    • Familiarity with Terraform, Helm, and major cloud providers (AWS, GCP). • Experience with AI engineering practices (including LLMs).

    • Passion for video games or similar industries.
