Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Elite Product Owner who combines strategic product vision with deep execution expertise in Agile delivery and automation. This role is designed for a practitioner who can define and drive automation strategy while leading multiple scrum teams to deliver high-value solutions across RPA, AI, and emerging agentic technologies in healthcare and pharmacy domains.
You will act as the front gate for automation initiatives, collaborating with business champions, product leads, architects, and engineering teams to intake requests, build ROI-driven business cases, and launch scalable automation solutions. This position requires strong leadership, technical acumen, and the ability to balance strategic roadmap ownership with day-to-day delivery execution.

Key Responsibilities
Product Vision & Roadmap
• Define a clear automation vision aligned with organizational goals.
• Maintain a value-driven roadmap prioritizing opportunities based on impact and KPIs.
• Continuously adapt roadmap based on performance insights and evolving business needs.
Opportunity Identification & Business Case Development
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities across clinical, operational, and retail pharmacy workflows.
• Build ROI-driven business cases including anticipated savings and efficiency gains.
• Present data-backed recommendations for prioritization and funding decisions.
Agile Leadership & Delivery Execution
• Lead and manage 4 concurrent scrum teams (onshore and offshore) delivering automation and AI solutions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos.
• Ensure teams deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Coach teams transitioning from waterfall to Agile; train on Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira.
Automation & AI Expertise
• Drive delivery of RPA solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Expand automation capabilities into AI and agentic AI domains.
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering to implement scalable automation frameworks.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
• Act as the first point of contact for client product teams.
• Facilitate funding approvals and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment across business, technology, and operations teams.
Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement
• Define KPIs for adoption, savings, and quality.
• Monitor performance dashboards and adjust roadmap priorities based on insights.
• Conduct regular roadmap reviews with business stakeholders and automation leadership.

Skills and Requirements
• 10+ years of experience as a product manager
• Proven experience managing multiple scrum teams simultaneously.
• Strong background in RPA tools and frameworks (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Familiarity with AI-driven automation and emerging agentic AI technologies.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe), and automation lifecycle.
• Proficient in Azure DevOps (ADO); Jira experience a plus.
• Strong reporting and backlog management skills.
• Healthcare or pharmacy domain experience highly preferred.
• Ability to identify automation opportunities in clinical, operational, or retail pharmacy workflows.
• Hands-on, proactive, and execution-focused.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Comfortable working with offshore teams and flexible with early start times.
