    We are looking for a **hands-on Senior Backend Engineer** to build **customer-facing product features** for our clients **Personal Loans vertical** . You will work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality solutions with strong observability and reliability. This role requires deep backend engineering expertise and the ability to execute technical tasks independently after onboarding.

     

    _Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._

     

    Rate: $75 - $90 / hr. w2

    Responsibilities:

    + Design, develop, and deploy backend services and APIs for customer-facing features.

    + Ensure timely delivery of high-quality code with robust observability and monitoring.

    + Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and QA to deliver scalable solutions.

    + Work with microservices architecture and CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments.

    + Maintain and improve system performance, reliability, and security.

    Experience Requirements:

    + Strong **backend engineering** experience with a **Computer Science background** .

    + Proficiency in **TypeScript** and **GraphQL** .

    + Hands-on experience with **Node.js** and **CI/CD deployment tools** .

    + Experience working with **microservices architecture** .

    + Ability to work independently and deliver on time with minimal supervision.
