Our client is looking for a Workday Core HCM Product Manager.

_Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._

Rate: $70 - $80 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

+ Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll.

+ Lead configuration and enhancement of Workday modules, including stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, and solution design.

+ Manage data migrations, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), and reporting/dashboard development.

+ Conduct business process audits and apply optimization strategies to streamline workflows and reduce processing time.

+ Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Compliance teams to ensure accurate data capture and regulatory compliance.

+ Support Workday releases by testing new features, documenting changes, and training end users

+ Own the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery for Workday HCM and related modules.

+ Define product roadmaps aligned with business KPIs and user needs.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Engineering) to design and implement scalable solutions.

+ Lead Workday module implementations and enhancements, including Talent, Performance, Payroll, and Recruiting.

+ Translate business requirements into technical specifications and oversee testing, deployment, and adoption.

+ Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement

Experience Requirements:

+ Workday Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, and Benefits configuration

+ EIBs, Calculated Fields, Report Writer, BIRT

+ Workflow design, security roles, and compliance (e.g., SOX, FMLA)

+ Stakeholder engagement and change management
