Job Description

• Provide project management expertise, leading various highly complex projects.

• Meet with business unit leadership and stakeholders to review and determine project requirements, specifications, plans for testing, support, training, and established timeline and budget.

• Manage projects utilizing customer project management standards, Agile, Waterfall, and other methodologies as required.

• Coordinate completion of various integration elements of assigned projects, including project plan development and execution, and overall change control.

• Ensure projects are completed within established time and budget schedules, including activity definition, sequencing, duration estimations, resource planning, cost estimations, budgeting, and control.

• Monitor and manage the critical path; manage scope, timeline, resources, and financial aspects.

• Ensure projects satisfy needs through quality planning, assurance, and control.

• Provide proactive communication to project stakeholders related to projects, risks, and mitigation steps.

• Partner with team members to develop effective resolution to project issues; monitor service performance rating on issue resolution.

• Monitor the progress of all change events and assist in resolving issues and delays.

• Monitor, control, update, and coordinate changes to existing programs and projects.

• Provide reports summarizing project status to stakeholders; manage all project documentation.

• Critique completed projects to identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Serve as project lead on projects with multiple project management staff.

• Resolve issues arising from requests to change business specifications or defined tasks.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements

•  Must have experience with One Plan and a One Plan implementation

- Bachelor's degree in Systems, Business Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Five (5) years of related project management experience.

• Experience in systems or financial services environment, card payments, banking, contact center, new product development, information technology or process re-engineering preferred. • PMP certification.
