• Remote RCM Service Delivery Consultant

    Job Description

    As a Remote RCM Service Delivery Consultant, you will lead and support revenue cycle implementations while maintaining full visibility into where each client sits within the implementation lifecycle. You will manage a portfolio of 2–10 clients, acting as their primary point of contact and strategic partner while building trusted relationships with stakeholders and executives. Your role includes proactively identifying and resolving revenue cycle challenges, delivering regular status updates, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations, and serving as the RCM subject matter expert throughout both net‑new implementations and ongoing optimization efforts. You will collaborate with internal delivery, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution, analyze and present monthly and quarterly KPI reports such as A/R, denials, and cash flow, and manage client analytical requests by coordinating cross‑functional support. Leveraging BI tools and advanced Excel, you will perform reconciliations, trend analysis, and provide meaningful data insights.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 5+ years in RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)

    • Advanced Excel skills; BI tools (Power BI or Tableau).

    • Strong client relationship and leadership abilities.

    • Knowledge of HIPAA, payer reimbursement, healthcare terminology.

    • Technical understanding of databases and data exchange.

     

    Excellent communication for translating complex data. • Experience with EHR systems (EPIC, Cerner, Allscripts).

     

    • Familiarity with payer/hospital contracts, coding (ICD, CPT, HCPCS).

    • Knowledge of EDI files and healthcare transactions (837, 835).

    • Financial analysis experience in healthcare
