• Material Handler Coordinator

    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a hands on material handler coordinator for one of there clients in the power generation industry. This person will need to have experience with large equipment specifically on the repair and maintenance side. With this knowledge and understanding they will be working with vendors to schedule and plan what action needs to be performed on these fork trucks. In addition to working with the procurement team to understand how much something might cost the company to get the repairs and maintenance completed. Experience with lock out tag out is a must to insure that everyone is going to be safe throughout the entire process. Urgency is a must with this position as crucial aspects throughout the day need to be addressed immediately. Multi-tasking is a part of the day to day as there will be multiple things that need to be taken care of and need someone that will be able to juggle multiple projects throughout a day. This role will be 5 days on site Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30- with a ton of overtime when things needs to be completed. Once a quarter you will be required to travel to North and South Carolina for about 3 to 4 days.
