Job Description

Insight Global is seeking 4 Maintenance Technicians to join our client’s maintenance team at a high-volume bottling plant. This role is critical to ensuring smooth production line operations, minimizing downtime, and maintaining equipment performance. The highest priority of this role is executing production line changeovers. You will be responsible for removing and installing parts for new runs and these changeovers can take anywhere from 30minutes to 3 hours. The second highest priority is line performance optimization. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues impacting production rates and machine efficiency. The way you receive these requests are by taking calls from the line and monitoring it. The third priority is preventative maintenance to prevent failures and ensuring optimal performance of the machines. Lastly, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing palletizers, conveyors and ensuring all equipment is operating safely and efficiently.

Skills and Requirements

Background as a Mechanic, Line Operator or experience in Production Line Maintenance (i.e. change overs, preventative maintenance, etc)

Ability to pass a mechanical aptitude assessment

Able to provide own equipment - Open end wrenches, needle nose pliers, allen wrenches

Ability to lift 20+ pounds
