Pediatric Occupational Therapist
Bring therapy directly into children’s homes and make a lasting impact! We’re seeking a **passionate and skilled Pediatric OT** to deliver in-home therapy, helping children reach developmental milestones, build daily living skills, and thrive in their everyday lives. Enjoy the flexibility of home visits while empowering families and making a meaningful difference every day.
**Locations with After-school ready-to-go caseloads:** Irving, S. Irving, Mesquite
Responsibilities:
+ Work Hours: After-school caseloads, 3–7 pm, Monday–Friday, with flexibility as needed
+ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support each child’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development
+ Provide direct therapy services in home settings, promoting skill carryover across environments
+ Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to ensure meaningful outcomes for each child
+ Recommend adaptive equipment and train families on proper use and integration into daily routines
+ Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports
+ Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals and strategies at home
+ Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, holistic care

_Qualifications:_
+ Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy
+ Active Occupational Therapy license (OT/L) in Texas
+ One year experience in Allied Health Services preferred
+ Heavy work: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
+ Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly
+ Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality in everything you do
