Bring therapy directly into children’s homes and help them grow, gain independence, and thrive! We’re seeking a **passionate and skilled Pediatric PT** to provide in-home therapy, helping children improve mobility, strength, coordination, and overall functional skills. Enjoy the flexibility of home visits while empowering families and making a meaningful difference every day.

Caseloads Ready to Go:

+ **Central & SW Dallas**

+ **SE Dallas** – 11 AM – 7 PM

Responsibilities:

+ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support each child’s physical, motor, cognitive, and functional development

+ Provide direct therapy services in home settings, promoting skill carryover across environments

+ Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve meaningful outcomes

+ Recommend adaptive equipment or assistive devices and train families on proper use in daily routines

+ Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports

+ Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals at home

+ Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated, holistic care

_Qualifications:_

+ Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy

+ One year’s experience preferred

+ TX licensure in physical therapy

+ Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly

+ Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality in everything you do
