Summary You will serve as a FMS COUNTRY PROGRAM MANAGER in the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Research, Development & Acquisition) Navy International Programs Office (Navy IPO) of NIPO FMS FIELD OFFICE. Responsibilities You will serve as a technical authority and advisor to senior level personnel in the Security Assistance Directorate regarding the management of assigned portfolio. You will develop, review, and present a variety of correspondence to high level foreign and U.S. officials. You will manage Foreign Military Sales (FMS)/Foreign Military Financing (FMF) Cases; Leases; Presidential Drawdowns; Grants; Excess Defense Articles (EDA) programs; and Training for assigned coalition partners and allies. You will manage and complete all reporting requirements for individual portfolios to include a variety of point/information papers, country summary papers, briefings and spreadsheets. You will identify and develop ways to resolve problems or cope with issues that affect the accomplishment of assigned program goals. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Knowledge of laws and policies pertaining sales, leases, grants, and other weapons transferinitiatives under the Security Assistance Program; knowledge of the development, implementation, execution and closure of Letters of Offer and Acceptance; ability to use Microsoft Office applications.
