We offer physical, occupational, speech-language and feeding therapy, as well as augmentative and alternative communication.
Pediatric Physical Therapist-Clinic Based
Join our **brand-new clinic** and help children grow, gain independence, and thrive! We’re seeking a **passionate and skilled Pediatric PT** to provide in-clinic therapy, helping children improve mobility, strength, coordination, and overall functional skills. Work in a supportive, team-based environment with **a brand-new pediatric therapy gym fully equipped for developmental and functional exercises** , giving you the tools to deliver the best care possible.
Schedule Options:
+ **Morning/Day Shift:** 8 AM – 5 PM
+ **After-School Shift:** 2 PM-7 PM
Responsibilities:
+ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support each child’s physical, motor, cognitive, and functional development
+ Provide direct therapy services in the clinic, using the **new pediatric therapy gym** to promote skill development and functional progress
+ Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve meaningful outcomes
+ Recommend adaptive equipment or assistive devices and train families on proper use in daily routines
+ Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports
+ Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals
+ Work as part of an interdisciplinary clinic team to provide coordinated, holistic care

_Qualifications:_
+ Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
+ One year’s experience preferred
+ State licensure in physical therapy
+ Heavy work: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
+ Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly
+ Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality in everything you do
