    The Director of Leadership and Professional Development will design, implement, and accelerate leadership excellence, foster professional growth, and fuel organizational transformation.     The Director of Leadership and Professional Development will be responsible for embedding leadership excellence into the organization, ensuring every leader is equipped to deliver business outcomes while reinforcing company values. Success in this role means cultivating a sustainable leadership pipeline, aligning professional development with measurable business impact, and deploying AI-driven insights that future-proof the organization’s talent strategy.     Duties and Responsibilities

    + Design and implement enterprise-wide leadership frameworks that embed excellence into daily operations.

    + Integrate leadership development across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to succession planning.

    + Link leadership outcomes directly to business results through rigorous measurement and accountability.

    + Create personalized growth pathways that address strengths, gaps, and career readiness.

    + Establish continuous learning programs with structured microlearning and coaching.

    + Expand cross-functional exposure through rotations, stretch assignments, and enterprise projects.

    + Implement AI-powered platforms that personalize learning for leaders at scale.

    + Use predictive analytics to anticipate capability needs and succession risks.

    + Deploy AI-enabled coaching and assessments for real-time performance acceleration.

    + Define priorities, goals, and metrics to align initiatives with organizational strategy.

    + Foster a culture of engagement, recognition, and purpose that retains top talent.

    + Monitor and evaluate the impact of leadership initiatives on organizational outcomes.

    Qualification

    + Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience, Master’s degree preferred in organizational development, business or related field

    + HR certification preferred.

    + 10+ years of progressive leadership in professional and leadership development.

    + Proven success in designing enterprise-wide leadership systems with measurable business outcomes.

    + Demonstrated expertise in AI-driven learning, predictive analytics, and workforce forecasting.

    + Track record of building and leading high-performing teams in complex, growth-oriented organizations.

    + Expertise in designing enterprise-level leadership and professional development strategies with measurable business impact.

    + Advanced proficiency in leveraging AI platforms for personalized learning, predictive workforce analytics, and performance coaching at scale.

    + Strong ability to integrate leadership systems across complex organizations, linking development outcomes directly to business transformation.

    + Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

    + Expertise in content creation within Learning Management Systems (LMS) and authoring tools

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and related tools.

    + Ability to pass a background check

    + Adhere to and comply with all confidentiality requirements

    + Responsible for having reliable High-Speed Cable or Fiber Optic Internet service and Internet Router in established home office

    + Must meet confidentiality requirements and pass mandated security, background, and credit checks.

    + U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.

    + Ability to travel locally and throughout the country if required.
