Job Description:

Domain Knowledge

+ Strong understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain fundamentals, DeFi, Web3, and token economics.

+ Knowledge of financial products: payments, lending, trading, custody, KYC/AML, settlement systems.

+ Familiarity with crypto regulations (MiCA, SEC guidelines, FATF Travel Rule).

Business Analysis Skills

+ Requirements gathering and documentation (BRD/FRD/User Stories).

+ Process modeling (BPMN, workflow diagrams).

+ Gap analysis and solution design.

+ Stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation.

+ Understanding of SDLC (Agile preferred).

Technical Skills (Non-developer level)

+ Ability to read and interpret APIs, JSON data, and blockchain explorers.

+ Understanding smart-contract basics (how they work, risks).

+ Experience with crypto trading platforms, blockchain wallets, or custodial systems.

+ Familiarity with databases and querying basics (SQL is a plus).

Tools

+ Jira, Confluence, Trello, or other Agile tools.

+ Modeling tools: Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io.

+ Data tools: Excel, Power BI/Tableau (bonus).

+ Crypto analytics tools (Glassnode, Chainalysis, Etherscan) is an advantage.

Soft Skills

+ Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.

+ Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication.

+ Stakeholder management across technical and business teams.

Required Qualifications:

+ The ideal candidate must have recent 4 years of experience crypto exchange, wallet provider, blockchain startup

+ 5+ years as a BA in finance, fintech, or payments.

+ 4-5 years of experience in crypto exchange, wallet provider, blockchain startup, or banking innovation.

+ Exposure to Agile product teams working with blockchain or payments infrastructure
