    Description :-

    We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead/Architect with a strong background in developing cloud-native web applications using .NET and AWS technologies. This role will lead a high-performing, cross-functional development team working on mission-critical order entry platforms. You'll be responsible for overseeing design, development, planning, and coordination efforts across engineering, QA, and product teams to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions.

    Responsibilities:-

    + Lead the design and development of high-volume, low-latency applications using C#, .NET 6+, Angular, jQuery, and MS SQL Server.

    + Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with Product Owners and Product Managers.

    + Plan and manage agile sprints, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions with demonstrable value.

    + Identify and mitigate technical risks, providing architecture and design recommendations.

    + Coordinate with Architecture, Data, Infrastructure, and Business teams to align on end-to-end solution design and delivery.

    + Guide the team in writing technical documentation aligned with SDLC and compliance standards.

    + Serve as a point of communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    + Mentor developers and promote a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture.

     

    Basic Qualification :-

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

    + 8+ years of experience in .NET, Angular, JavaScript, and SQL Server (or comparable RDBMS).

    + 4+ years of technical leadership experience in software development.

    + 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience, including serverless (e.g., Lambda) and containerized services (e.g., EKS).

    + Proficiency in front-end technologies (CSS, Semantic HTML, Responsive Design).

    + Deep knowledge of OOP principles, data modeling, design patterns, and unit testing.

    + Experience using Git or Visual Studio for version control and development workflows.

    + Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

    + Python API development

    + Experience in DevOps Architecture design and strategy.
