    The Senior Boat Captain safely and effectively operates and manages the M/V Naiad, the crew and passengers while carrying out the sea scattering service provided to our guests.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    + In command of the vessel and of standing the navigational watch

    + Ensures safety of vessel, crew, and passengers

    + Maintains good order and accountability of all crew and passengers

    + Operates vessel in compliance with all regulations required by the USCG

    MINIMUM** **Requirements

    Education

    + Training at accredited maritime institutions or equivalent on the job training

    + College degree preferred

    Certification/License

    + 100 Ton Inland or Near Coastal Masters License

    + FCC radio operators permit

    + Radar certification

    Experience

    + 5 - 7 years of previous senior captain experience

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    + Rules and Regulations provided by the USCG

    + Working knowledge of vessels and all machinery and instruments on board

    + Safe practices and good seamanship is a must.

    Compensation:

    Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 annually
