    • Each program will start on the first of the month and go for approximately 9-12 months.

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Logistics Trainee to join our team with a focus on building expertise in associate engagement and retention programs and practices. This developmental role offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive business knowledge while learning how we successfully engage and retain talent across our business. This role is designed to provide exposure to various aspects of HR while developing specialized expertise in associate engagement and retention.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Document current state of engagement programs, including compliance, quality, and impact

    + Develop deep understanding of our business operations, culture, and organizational structure to learn how different departments and product lines approach associate engagement and retention

    + Collaborate with functional leaders and product line partners to understand their unique engagement challenges and best practices

    + Conduct comprehensive assessment of existing associate engagement and retention programs across the organization to determine opportunities for streamlining and standardization

    + Analyze program effectiveness through data review, associate feedback, and stakeholder interviews

    + Identify opportunities to eliminate inefficiencies while maintaining program effectiveness

    + Support implementation of approved program enhancements

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s Degree required - in Human Resources, Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Change Management or related field is a plus.

    + Demonstrated leadership through school, your community, clubs/organizations, or the military

    + Internship or related work experience in a customer-facing role preferred.

    + Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

    + Ability to learn and navigate various technology platforms.

    + Committed to learning and growing; receptive to feedback and developing self-awareness.

    + High level of commitment to operation and job responsibilities.

    + Results oriented, attention to detail and effective time management and organizational skills.

    + Builds and develops positive working relationships within department at all levels.
