    Day to Day

     

    As a Senior Product Manager focused on Growth, you will own the jobseeker journey. You’ll be driving measurable improvements in acquisition, activation, and retention for the Indeed Flex Jobseeker ecosystem. You will use user insights, experimentation, and scalable growth frameworks to optimize user experiences, reduce friction, and build durable growth loops. Partnering closely with Marketing, you will develop a cohesive cross-channel strategy. You’ll head demand-gen for acquiring and retaining Flexers (Indeed Flex’s agency workers), and optimize our martech setup to improve attribution and automate. This role requires a deep understanding of growth mechanics and marketplace dynamics, along with exceptional partnership with user acquisition to optimize paid acquisition channels. You will also foster a culture of testing, learning, and rapid iteration.

    Responsibilities

    + Define and own the growth roadmap that accelerates jobseeker acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement across the Flexer journey.

    + Translate business goals, Flexer analysis, and market opportunities into a clear, data-driven roadmap and prioritized backlog that drives measurable growth outcomes.

    + Drive cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, Strategy, Engineering, and Compliance to execute high-impact growth initiatives efficiently and collaboratively.

    + Develop and optimize user acquisition strategies, optimize funnels, and build scalable growth loops through experimentation, rapid iteration, and continuous learning.

    + Grow the product and improve CPA/ROI. Use data to monitor, report, and guide future growth strategy impact on conversion, engagement, and revenue.

    + Engage deeply with the product, operational partners and jobseekers to identify friction points and opportunities, ensuring the growth strategy reflects user needs and aligns with broader business goals.

     

    Skills/Competencies

     

    + 5+ years of product management experience building and scaling consumer-facing products. Clear record of delivering measurable business impact across acquisition, activation, and retention.

    + Proven ability to drive product-led growth by identifying funnel leverage points and shipping features that improved engagement, retention, and growth efficiency.

    + Proven experimentation background with rapid test-and-learn cycles.

    + Creative growth mindset, including exposure to viral loops, SEM optimization, referral mechanics, or compounding growth systems.

    + Deep data background using self service analytics tooling and languages (e.g., SQL and/or Python)

    + Comfortable with ambiguity and a solid bias for action. Able to move fast, make judgements, and iterate in dynamic environments.

     

    Salary Range Transparency

     

    Austin 144,000 - 208,000 USD per year

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
