Are you ready to lead at the highest level and make a meaningful impact in healthcare? **Sodexo** is seeking a **General Manager 5 – Food Services** to oversee food and nutrition operations at **NYC Health + Hospitals / Woodhull** , a 250-bed acute care facility located in **Brooklyn, New York** . This role supports one of Sodexo’s largest healthcare contracts nationwide and plays a key role in advancing innovative, plant-based and wellness-focused dining programs.

As the **General Manager 5** , you will provide strategic and hands-on leadership for all food service operations while serving as a primary point of contact for hospital leadership. You will lead, mentor, and engage a union workforce of approximately 40 employees, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional dining experience for patients, staff, and visitors.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong client engagement, operational expertise, and a passion for improving health through sustainable, nutritious food.

What You'll Do

+ Lead daily food service operations across patient, retail, and catering services
