Planner

This individual will be responsible for planning and scheduling preparation, analysis, updates, progress reporting, as-built schedules, recovery schedules, technical support, and tracking earned value on projects. Additional duties may be assigned.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Provide resources for support, training, and schedule maintenance

+ Develop work packages through job walks

+ Assist projects in establishing baseline schedules, updates, documentation, and modifications

+ Produce or support development of preliminary bid schedules to identify bidding advantages and ensure quality

+ Design project schedules and contract agreements, maintain data integrity throughout the project lifecycle, and prepare reports for client support

+ Generate monthly status reports for upper management detailing key schedule information and changes from the previous month

+ Provide schedule narratives to explain weekly discrepancies

+ Support schedule and time impact analysis exercises

+ Plan pump maintenance and repairs accurately

+ Understand industry QC and safety standards

+ Skilled in pipe and millwright work

+ SAP experience

+ Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required for this Position:

**Education** : No minimum requirement

**Experience** : Minimum 4 years in industrial planning and scheduling

**Certifications/Licenses** : A Valid TWIC Card and Driver’s License.
