    Aspirus Health in Wausau, WI is seeking a TEAM LEAD- CODING to join our CODING team!

     

    The Team Lead of Coding coordinates, plans, and organizes coding activities across Aspirus system, working under the direction of the Coding Manager and Director. Coordinates daily workflow and schedules of assigned coding staff.

     

    HOURS: Full Time 1.0 FTE, 80 Hours Biweekly

    Experience/Qualifications

    + Knowledge of coding practices normally acquired through completion of an Associate

    + Degree in Health Information Management or Healthcare Business Services, or an equivalent program with emphasis in coding required.

    + Previous applicable experience beneficial.

    + RHIT, CCS, and/or CPC accreditation required. Certification in CODING is required.

    + Demonstrates motivation, organization and attention to detail.

    + Possess a high level of interpersonal skills, resourcefulness, and initiative.

    + Ability to work as a team with minimal supervision.
