Job Summary
Administrative Assistants
Perform a variety of administrative support duties for the Department of Dermatology and department physicians and APCs.

Responsibilities
Administrative Assistant
1. Provides administrative support for physicians, and coordinates patient needs, communicating with clinical staff, the prior-auth group, and other teams as needed.
2. Create and maintain files, compile reports, and manage, store, and disseminate information, ensuring security and compliance of information.
3. Supports provider licensing & credentialing.
4. Collects, organizes and analyzes data for specialized reports.
5. Coordinates the collection and preparation of operating reports.
6. Schedules appointments, coordinates meetings and conferences, and may order & maintain office supplies.
7. Make travel arrangements.
8. Other duties as assigned.

Administrative Assistants, II
Completes routine tasks under moderate supervision.
Requires at least 1 year of related experience.
This is an Intermediate Level position in the Support track.

Administrative Assistants, III
Completes assignments with little supervision. May assist less-experienced team members.
Requires 3+ years of related experience.
This is a Skilled Level position in the Support track.
