    The Manhattan Division's Nursing Department of The New Jewish Home is searching for 2 per diem Nursing Supervisor for evening and night to join their team!

     

    The Nursing Supervisor will be responsible for the coordination of all nursing care services during his/her assigned shift. S ome of the key responsibilities of the per diem Nurse Supervisor are:

     

    + day to day operation of the unit

    + assures that resident care is provided in compliance with all regulations and policies

    + participates in establishing community goals and achieving clinical outcomes

    + managing and engaging staff in clinical goals

    Qualifications:

    + Valid NY state RN license

    + 4 + years of experience with acute/long term care clinical experience and supervisory skills.

    + As a service excellence champion to one's team, the Nursing Supervisor will possess the ability to problem solve and must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
