    Value Stream Strategy Lead - Cotton and Canola

     

    Position: Major Tasks Development of E2E set of strategic roadmaps for NA RCP network of 32 sites and 20+ tollers that meet mid & long-term business requirements including people, assets, capabilities, process & tools Partner with other PS functions and Commercial Crop Teams to translate strategic intent into operational plans ensuring efficiency of scale for the Row Crop Production network Collaborate with sites to define and advance the strategic role each serves within the network and to identify & prioritize common needs across the network that could be solved efficiently with holistic strategies at scale VACC Leadership Behaviors Ability to develop, articulate, & achieve a vision for advancing Production operations into the future Architects the co-creation with stakeholders to achieve scale & deliver site outcomes Ability to catalyze changes with partners and sites that benefit customer experience, enable new products, and improve operational performance & operational discipline Models and Champions coaching between colleagues, partners, and Sites Position: Skills,... Required BS/BA degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering and/or related field required with 15+ years functional/management experience. Ability to influence across diverse stakeholder groups to enable outcomes Demonstrated strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills Ability to challenge the status quo and manage complexity across crops, processes & systems Advanced business acumen and financial understanding/knowledge Ability to translate strategic intent into operational processes Ability to advance progress and create value even in the face of ambiguity, uncertainty, or limited information Desired Advanced degree or professional certification preferred. Bayer operational knowledge and experiencing applying LEAN practices Desired Experiences M&A Project Strategy Development & Deployment Business case development (>$10M NPV) Role outside of Row Crop Production (e.g. AIM, Customer Ops, Commercial) Significant business growth or closure
