Chief of Staff PH US
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Chief of Staff PH US are to:
This person will lead, manage and contribute to strategic initiatives and projects for PH US.
+ Manages and drives forward strategic initiatives and operational priorities that drive growth across the Pharma US organization;
+ Oversees the management of the US Core and Operating team including development of agendas, management of live meetings and capturing and disseminating key decisions and next steps;
+ Leads the planning and execution of senior leadership and stakeholder engagements, including business reviews, Board of Management visits, and executive forums, ensuring clear articulation of performance, priorities and enterprise context;
+ Acts as ambassador and key interface between the PH US President, US Core team and other key contacts (within Bayer and external);
+ Ensures that PH US President is well prepared for his responsibilities in terms of content, /strategic framework and background information. Evaluates issues, problems and highlights solutions for the US Pharma organization;
+ Serve as a strategic partner to Communications on enterprise-wide employee engagement and culture initiatives, shaping clear and consistent narratives across channels and company-wide moments to reinforce strategy, priorities and expectations.
WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
+ Deep understanding of business insights to drive operational priorities for the business;
+ Excellent project and people management skills. Ability to manage in a decentralized organization;
+ Competencies include collaboration, drive for results, managing complexity and ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Minimum of Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of progressive experience; or Advanced degree (MBA or PhD) with 8+ years of experience;
+ Cross-functional experiences across marketing, sales, operations and other areas.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $172,800 to $259,200. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
