    What you'll do...

     

    The Manager, Operations-Incident Management leads multiple work streams by designing and executing project plans that enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives.     About the team:

    The Incident Management team oversees all reported incidents in Walmart’s last mile deliveries, handling a high volume with structured processes to ensure consistency and quality. The team focuses on proactive risk mitigation and scalable solutions that enhance efficiency. Committed to building trust, the team elevates the delivery experience for drivers, associates, and customers through fair and consistent incident resolution. Collaborating across functions, the team drives operational excellence by applying project management, effective communication, and accountability to support Walmart’s mission of reliable and efficient service delivery.

    What you'll do:

    + Manage multiple operational work streams by designing project plans, organizing timelines, and facilitating stakeholder meetings to implement initiatives.

    + Develop and communicate project requirements, status updates, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery and corrective actions.

    + Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities, providing actionable recommendations aligned with business goals.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and improve processes, tools, and methodologies that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support business strategies and drive execution.

    + Oversee project activities to meet customer and business needs while ensuring compliance with company policies.

    What you'll bring:

    + Proven experience in managing large-scale operational projects, including planning, execution, and resource allocation to meet business objectives.

    + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and develop actionable solutions.

    + Effective communication and influencing skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.

    + Demonstrated accountability in driving project results and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

    + Adaptability to manage multiple priorities and implement continuous improvements in operational processes.

    + Leadership experience in mentoring and developing team members to achieve high performance.

    The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
