About Us
At Walmart Data Ventures, we’re building the future of data-driven decision-making. As a centralized product and data organization, we turn the scale and richness of Walmart’s first-party data into actionable insights for merchants, suppliers, and internal teams.
Customer Voice — a key team within Data Ventures — powers feedback loops that combine what customers say with what they do. Through our proprietary Spark Community, we enable the company and its partners to better understand evolving needs, improve experiences, and drive long-term customer value. We’re reimagining how customer feedback can shape Walmart-scale innovation.

+ Collaborate with Customer Care to optimize issue resolution workflows and reduce support volume
+ Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Legal, Data Science, and Ops to align platform capabilities with privacy, compliance, and growth goals
+ Monitor product performance using behavioral data and customer feedback, and use those insights to prioritize future work
+ Advocate for the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle
Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
+ 3+ years of experience in Product Management
+ Demonstrated success managing consumer-facing digital experiences (web or mobile)
+ Experience improving internal tools or platforms used by operations, support, or community teams
+ Proficient in product analytics and metrics-driven decision making
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
