About General Merchandise Operations:

Our General Merchandise Operations team is the engine behind seamless store execution and category growth. We collaborate across Merchandising, Stores, Supply Chain, and Home Office teams to turn strategy into action. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of operational decision-making, ensuring our Home-lines business delivers on its promise to customers and supports Walmart’s broader goals.

What you'll do...

+ Develop and execute operational strategies for Home-lines, aligned to enterprise and store priorities

+ Translate merchandising strategies into actionable store plans

+ Lead complex initiatives and manage end-to-end program execution

+ Partner with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and results

+ Provide day-to-day support to stores, ensuring readiness for key business initiatives

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area. 1 year’s supervisory experience.
