About the team:
The Assortment Activation team oversees the planning and execution of modular and space relays to ensure efficient resource use and timely delivery. This team coordinates daily activities, manages dependencies, and maintains high standards through expert guidance and continuous improvement. Members collaborate closely across functions to translate strategic goals into actionable plans while tracking progress and mitigating risks. The team fosters professional growth by mentoring and supporting associates, promoting operational excellence, and leveraging digital tools to enhance decision-making and execution quality. Their focus is on delivering consistent, high-quality results aligned with business objectives.
What you'll do:
+ Plan and balance workload across the modular execution team to ensure efficient resource use and timely milestone achievement.
+ Coordinate daily relay execution, managing timelines, dependencies, and resources to meet quality standards.
+ Serve as a subject-matter expert on modular execution standards, providing hands-on guidance to associates for consistent execution.
+ Track progress, identify risks, and remove obstacles to ensure deadlines and quality expectations are met.
+ Translate analyst and leadership requirements into structured execution plans with clear communication of updates and decisions.
+ Capture feedback and performance data to refine planning and promote continuous improvement.
+ Mentor and develop associates, fostering operational excellence and growth opportunities.
What you'll bring:
+ Proven experience in workload planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet project milestones efficiently.
+ Expertise in modular execution standards with the ability to provide hands-on consultation ensuring quality and consistency.
+ Strong project coordination skills, including risk identification, communication, and resolution to maintain timelines.
+ Ability to translate complex requirements into structured execution plans and maintain clear cross-functional communication.
+ Demonstrated leadership in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to foster operational excellence.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, operations, or related area and 2 years’ experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution.
Option 2: 4 years’ experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution, with demonstrated coordination ownership.
