Full Time Warehouse Receiver
Full Time Salary– Weekly Basis
Estimated Salary Range: $65,250 to $84,800 depending on qualifications and experience
Position Description:
Oversee the activities of the Construction/ Facility Management within a single retail location. Supervise and coordinate the efforts of the Construction/ Facility TEAM in order to support Sales/Operations with respect to general building maintenance, health, and repairs, as well as equipment maintenance and repair. As it pertains to the physical structure, equipment attached to said structure, and property, ensure that the TEAM Members and customers within that location enjoy the safest working and shopping environment possible.
Qualifications
+ Vocational/trade school; 5-10 years of experience
+ Knowledge of various trades such as carpentry, electrical, refrigeration
+ Familiar with operation of power tools and equipment such as scissor lifts
+ Knowledge of local fire and building codes
+ Proficiency in the use of Excel, Word, Great Plains and other proprietary applications (Big Foot and labor scheduling).

+ In-depth knowledge and practice of construction, carpentry, electrical, refrigeration principles
+ Knowledge of corresponding building, fire, life-safety, and sanitation codes;
+ Effective decision making and analytical skills;

+ Ability to lead, work and function within a TEAM environment;
+ Positive attitude and the ability to supervise and motivate your TEAM to success;
+ Ability to juggle multiple tasks;
+ Flexibility in work schedule.
Your day-to-day:
+ Prioritize and orchestrate the activities of various construction personnel in order to meet daily, weekly and fiscal objectives.
+ Actively survey and assess his/her respective location in an effort to ensure a proactive approach in reducing the probability of injury and/or loss/damage of Stew Leonard's TEAM members, customers, and/or physical assets. Partner with the site Safety Committee to correct or repair identified safety hazards.
+ Assist Human Resources with respect to interviewing, selection, and training of new construction team members.
+ Adhere to departmental budgets with focus on expenses and labor. Confer and build partnerships with Operations/Sales in an effort to manage resources and provide the most efficient level of support.
+ Ensure that the scheduling of TEAM Members is adequate based on the needs of the location with respect to sales volumes and within budgetary constraints.
+ Review equipment service contracts with maintenance vendors.
+ Participate in overall store operations.
+ Coordinate snow plow and snow removal program.
+ Provide manpower and expertise to other stores/locations to assist with special projects.
