Job Title: Vice President
Job Duties: Design roadmaps for change management and standardization of alternative investment products; partner with multiple teams to support revenue pipelines, and lead a global team to build reports and dashboards for private equity clients. Support clients to provide them with analysis for Alternative Investments and provide new standards for Alternative Investments system implementation. Improve specification and delivery process, as well as the overall approach with BI tools. Support discovery sessions with clients; organize workshops on reporting architecture with other internal teams; translate business requirements into functional and/or technical specifications; design, develop, and deliver functional reports using SQL, SAS-based language, and eFront reporting tools. Liaise with clients, consultants, and IT teams to gather and assist in defining detailed requirements and functional specifications for reporting aspects of implementation projects. Support clients in daily usage of the eFront platform, providing high-performance reports to track their pipeline, define their investments, and follow their portfolios. Support multiple projects in parallel and ensure quality and timeliness of delivery to meet prescribed standards in design and quality.
Qualifications: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Management, Computer Engineering, or related field, and 48 months of experience in job offered or as a Business Intelligence Manager, Business Intelligence Consultant, or closely related role. Alternate requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Management, Computer Engineering, or related field, and 72 months of experience in job offered or as a Business Intelligence Manager, Business Intelligence C. Position requires four years of experience in the following skills: Managing and developing relationship with consultants in North America; Creating processes to improve efficiency and reliability of deliverables,and improving the billability of team; Designing, developing, and delivering functional reports utilizingtechnologies including SQL and reporting tools; Building interfaces to integrate internal system with third-party systems; Utilizing reporting tools including PowerBI or Tableau, and leveraging API or DataWarehouse; Liaising with clients, consultants, and IT teams to gather and assist in defining requirements and functional specifications for reporting aspects of implementation projects; Building custom reports and dashboards based on client specific requirements and advising on industry standards; Review and testing of client specific reports prior to delivery; Supporting discovery sessions for clients to documents requirements for implementation; and Supporting talent acquisition efforts and contributing to the professional development of team members.

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$192,200.00 - USD$195,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
