Corteva Agriscience is seeking a **Warehouse Associate** to support plant operations at our **West Bend, WI** location.

What You’ll Do

+ Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory

+ Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards

+ Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified)

+ Accurately track inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) or manual logs

+ Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

+ Perform routine inventory counts and report discrepancies

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas

+ Follow all safety procedures and company policies

+ Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

What Skills You Need

+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred

+ Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus, but not required

+ Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods

+ Basic math and computer skills

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Reliable attendance and punctuality

What Makes You Stand Out

+ Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)

+ Experience of inventory control or warehouse management systems

+ Familiarity with shipping carriers and labeling processes
