The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for a Configuration Management Specialist to join our Optical and Photonic Solutions production team in Orlando, Florida and lead the team in maintaining product configuration control.
Responsibilities:
•Assess configuration management needs in CACI’s production operations and lead the implement of continuous improvements in CACI’s configuration management processes and procedures.
•Develop and implement training materials to facilitate compliance with CM processes.
•Oversee change management, version control, and release management processes
•Collaborate with, guide, and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure compliant configuration management practices.
•Conduct configuration audits and prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholders
•Develop and maintain configuration management plans and documentation
•Manage the configuration management database and ensure its accuracy
•Ensure compliance with DoD and CACI configuration management policies and standards
Qualifications:
_Required:_
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining comprehensive configuration management plans, procedures, and standards.
•Strong knowledge of CM best practices and industry standards.
•Advanced proficiency in using a variety of configuration management tools and databases.
•Ability to work independently with limited supervision and mentor lower-level professionals.
•Must be a US person
•BA/BS degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
•Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a configuration management (CM) specialist or related role
_Desired:_
•Advanced proficiency in Infor LN is strongly preferred.
•Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a configuration management (CM) specialist is strongly preferred

**Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$49,200 - $100,900
