Associate Manufacturing Operator

**Schedule:** 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (On-site)

**Pay Rate:** $18.08/hour

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dependable **Associate Manufacturing Operator** to support daily production operations. This role focuses on assembling products to specification while maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Assemble products according to work instructions, drawings, or specifications

+ Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure standards are met

+ Maintain consistent production output while meeting safety and quality expectations

+ Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery safely and correctly

+ Identify and report equipment issues, defects, or process concerns to supervisors

+ Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures

Who You Are

+ 0–5 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments

+ Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy

+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow instructions

+ Clear communication skills and ability to work well within a team

+ Comfortable using basic production tools, equipment, or systems

Preferred (Nice to Have)

+ Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
