Job Specifications:

+ **Job Type:** Full-Time

+ **Location:** Neenah, WI

+ **Pay Rate:** $18-$20/Hour

+ **Shift:** Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

+ Coordinate and schedule patient appointments efficiently using EPIC software.

+ Communicate with patients, providers, and clinical staff to ensure accurate scheduling and information flow.

+ Verify patient demographics and insurance information during scheduling.

+ Manage appointment reminders and rescheduling requests.

+ Resolve scheduling conflicts and troubleshoot issues with professionalism and poise.

+ Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

+ Support multiple departments by prioritizing urgent and routine scheduling needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

+ Demonstrated experience using EPIC scheduling software is required.

+ High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare or administrative training preferred.

+ Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

+ Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

+ Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is an advantage.
