Join the Novant Health Team as a Wound Care RN!

+ Schedule: PRN Days, 8a-4:30p Mon-Fri (1-2 shifts per week, as needed)

+ Department: Wound Care

+ Location: Wound Healing Center, 75 Baylor Dr Suite 190, Bluffton, SC 29910

The Wound Healing Center treats non-healing and hard-to-heal wounds related to diabetes or another health condition, a surgery or a trauma.

Wounds we regularly treat include:

+ Venous leg ulcers

+ Diabetic foot ulcers

+ Arterial ulcers

+ Pressure ulcers

+ Non-healing surgical wounds

+ Non-healing traumatic wounds

+ Burns

Wound care services and wound treatments we offer include:

+ Diabetic foot care

+ Compression therapy

+ Negative pressure wound therapy

+ Bioengineered skin substitutes

+ Bedside wound debridement

+ Advanced wound care products

+ Limb preservation services

What You'll Do

Responsibilities

Responsible for achieving standards of care, collaborating with physician providers and other team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized patient care in accordance with the current policies and procedures. Responsible for ongoing quality, productivity and efficiency in Wound Ostomy Care Services.

What We're Looking For

+ Education : High School Diploma or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, required. 4 Year / Associate Degree, preferred.

+ Experience : 2 Years of experience, required.

+ Licensure/Certification: Current RN license in appropriate state, required. Wound Certification, preferred.

+ Additional Skills (required): Excellent oral and written communication, problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to provide care with minimal supervision.

+ Additional Skills (preferred): Wound certification. Expertise with advanced wound care products and techniques.
