We’re partnering with a cutting-edge semiconductor client and are looking for an experienced Sr. Technical Recruiter **(Contract)** to help us hire the minds behind tomorrow’s technology.     This is a **3–** **6 month** **contract** (with potential to extend) supporting our client onsite in **San Jose, CA** with a **hybrid schedule** .

    What You’ll Do

    + Partner closely with client leadership to understand technical, high-volume, and semiconductor-focused hiring needs.

    + Build strong, diverse pipelines across engineering, hardware, and manufacturing functions.

    + Act as a trusted talent advisor, using insights and data to guide hiring decisions and influence strategy.

    + Drive creative sourcing strategies using Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, cold outreach, and niche-market techniques.

    + Ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience while maintaining accurate ATS documentation (Workday, SuccessFactors).

    Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience

    + 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in technical, hardware, engineering, or semiconductor environments.

    + Proven high-volume recruiting capability with strong passive sourcing and pipeline-building skills.

    + English written and spoken professional proficiency.

    + Ability to partner with hiring managers and HRBPs with professionalism and strong business acumen.

    + Understanding of recruiting metrics and how to use data to drive hiring decisions and pipeline strategy.

    Base pay range for this position is $45 – $51 per hour.  Final hourly compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
